Abstract [eng] |
In the Master’s final thesis there are heating, ventilation and hot water preparation systems for a nine-storey apartment house projected. The objective of the work is to calculate and select the needed material and equipment to the building engineering systems so that they comply with the applicable legal requirements and provide all comfort parameters. In the research part there is an audit of the apartment house energy consumption carried out, and the actual energy consumption of the building after renovation determinated. In the project part there is the heat loss of the building, needed to determine the capacity of heating and preparation of hot water, calculated. The heating system, which will completely cover the estimated heat loss, is projected. Equipment for heat generation and hot water preparation is selected. The hybrid ventilation system, in which the air from premises will be extracted automatically using a heat pump, is projected; the air to the premises will be provided through air vents. The economic calculation of the installation of the heat production system has been carried out. |
