Abstract [eng] The topic Master's thesis project-\"Application of reinforced concrete structures in modern buildings\". The master's thesis reviews the use of reinforced concrete constructions in modern buildings and their application in a specific research object. The paper reviews literature related to the application of reinforced concrete structures in modern buildings, their calculation, design, and modeling of reinforced concrete structures, using modern software.. The project focuses on slab construction and it’s rationalization. The chosen problem is analyzed by designing and comparing reinforced and post-tensioned concrete constructions in order to find the optimal variant. In the search for a rational structural option three types of one-way slabs are compared. For designing and comparing panels, the same step of columns and the width of the main beams are maintained. The most optimal solution to the problem is determined by multi-criteria evaluation. After the most rational concrete slab is chosen, other structural components (posttensioned monolithic beam and a monolithic column) are designed. At the end of the project structural drawings are added, that detail the text part of the final thesis.
