Abstract [eng] The LEAN system installation in the food industry is analyzed in the final issue. Also the problems faced by the company are analyzed. Focuses on methods for the analysis and adaptation of that company. In the first part of the work the theoretical part of the system is analyzed and the key LEAN methods which installed the global companies also analyzed what main criteria are when you install them. The second section analyses the development strategy and the SWOT analysis, the adaptation of the system of adjustment of the LEAN enterprise. In the third section LEAN production system as well as a detailed analysis of the installation three LEAN methods in the system. The results of the fourth part of the installation and the difficulties were encountered during the installation.
