The public sector is still restructurising; the public service system is a continually changing process. It is difficult to systematize both at European Union and national level. Municipal authorities have the right to decide how do they classify and systematize services and which measures they choose to ensure the quality of services - the State identifies only the most important aspects of quality management. The analysis of the quality of services provided by the public sector over the past decade shows that municipal administrations are confronted with various challenges, among which - the classification of services, electronic service system development, and quality measurement problems. |
