Abstract [eng] Current customer is well-educated, knowing what he want, who is becoming more demanding for goods, services and brands. In addition, online commerce has grown rapidly and supermarkets determines customer behavior. As a result, most retailers face ever-increasing competition and higher consumer requirements. Companies need to identify customer needs as quickly as possible, to react actively to their changing desires, to adapt to tightening requirements, and even to be able to predict the hidden, unaccustomed needs of the client. All this leads companies to higher than the customer orientation of competitors.
