In contemporary business, negotiation plays an important role. Choosing a relevant negotiation strategy is usually built on business philosophies and it can change the forms, actions, and results of organizations. Negotiation strategies, selected and applied by a business, can become a tool for developing successful business transactions and can bring success to an organization. In order to more effectively manage the negotiations, it is important to take into account major elements of negotiation, startegies being one of them. |
