Abstract [eng] The concept of loyalty is increasingly being used in terms of personnel management and business. Both world and Lithuanian specialists say that loyal workers, loyal staff and customers are becoming more and more important in the competitive market of today. Hence, loyalty is such a thing, which is very important for the profitability of the company and which is directly related to the relationship between the company and the consumers. But lately, the phenomenon that is quite commonplace in a company is mobing, which is manifested as discrimination, harassment of various kinds, and so on. Unfortunately, however, appearing in any organization, it negatively affects both the employees and managers who work there.
