The main results of the work. after examining the importance and problems of choices of patients as the main participants and consumers of the provision process of health services in choosing medical institutions, the causal relationships between patients’ satisfaction with the quality of services, the choice of medical institutions and the attraction of funds for the development of medical institutions and the improvement of the quality and financial management have been identified. having evaluated the theoretical impact of the quality of service, patient satisfaction assessment and feedback on the patients themselves and the relevance of the medical institutions, the assessment model for patient satisfaction with primary outpatient personal healthcare services, the assessment methodology as well as the patient satisfaction questionnaire have been created, the patient satisfaction survey in pi Panevėžys. |
