Abstract [eng] After the restoration of independence of Lithuania, in the economic, social, structural, and polar developments enabled the businesses and organizations to work in market economy conditions. Organizations are forced to look for new ways to improve the effectiveness of the activity, as influenced by growing global competition. The company's staff - this is the human resources that affect organizations competitive advantage in the technology age. Employees are required to keep the high quality of the work, the members of the company, therefore, must discover new ways of providing the service and products. It is not enough for the managerial knowledge it creates the need to require the employees personal sacrifice. It's one of the reasons why the increasing need to experience other leaders. Leaders need these days is not confined to the higher level of the Organization a significant organization. Leaders need to and between the technical staff and the lowest level. In many organizations, the leader in conjunction with a guide, but usually occurs near the head of informal leaders who, in their capacity, authority, then the work of the team of fellow respect. The next informal leadership emerges followers who carry out his instructions. The increase in demand for the leaders, while there is a problem - where to get, how to choose the right. Foreign countries leadership phenomenon has been studied on the basis of three main aspects: the characteristic traits (Kouzes and Posner, 1990); leadership style (McGregor, Levin, Leikert, Tannenbaum and Schmidt, Blake and Mouton, 1984); situation, or coincidence (Майерс, 2001). Research shows that effective leadership is not the greatest impact on leadership personality characteristics, but the quality of the leadership and followers of the group. Harris (2010) argues that there are a few leadership models, one of them leadership model, which is a great attention to formal and informal communication between the leaders, not the activity. From here there is a problem of the study, which appears in the formation of issues in what ways the informal leader of the Organization?
