Abstract [eng] The questions of competiveness strengthening are significant for small companies acting in IT sector, as the complexity of competitiveness strengthening strategy requires to search for strategical decisions on specific factors and peculiarities of this sector. Companies acting in the IT sector are surrounded by a very dynamic environment, and factors that influence companies’ competitiveness, may change quickly. Therefore in order to strengthen companies’ competitiveness continuous analysis of company’s competitive advantages must be performed. Problem analysed in the Master’s Final Thesis - what are the decisions for competitiveness strategy formation for a small company in IT sector? The goal of Master’s Final Thesis is to prepare theoretical model of competitiveness strategy formation for a small company in IT sector and give decisions of competitiveness strategy formation for a small company in IT sector. Objectives of the Master’s Final Thesis are: 1). To determine problem of competitiveness strategy formation and the need for these decisions for a small company in IT sector; 2) To analyse theoretical decisions for competitiveness strategy formation; 3) To prepare theoretical model of competitiveness strategy formation for a small company in IT sector; 4) To research competitive factors for UAB Inida and to prepare competitiveness strategy.
