Abstract [eng] At all times, all over the world people have faced and now still face stress and its problem. We experience stress everywhere: in the family, among friends, or even in the workplace. People in their daily work are faced with psychological, in other words, the risk of stress, but everyone is coping with it in different ways. Most often, workplace stress is experienced by people who work with different clients. Of course, customers are varied and different, but the most complex clients, who usually cause high levels of stress in the workplace are those who are classified as vulnerable groups and have a large number of different people. It is very difficult for workers to cope with the risk factors of stress. In order to make it easier for working people to relieve work-related stress, first of all, a lot of attention should be paid to improving skills. Stress can be overcome, because it is really possible, but it requires the desire, effort and motivation, both from the side of the employers and from the employees themselves. The subject of the research is stress management means for employees experiencing stress at work with vulnerable groups. The purpose of the study is to reveal possible stress management means for employees in working with vulnerable groups at work. Research tasks: 1. To reveal the stress problem in the workplace. 2. Understand the causes and consequences of stress and examine the specifics of stress in the workplace. 3. To reveal the specifics of vulnerable groups. 4. In theory, identify possible stress management means at the workplace with vulnerable groups. 5. Empirically investigate the used stress management means at work working with vulnerable groups.
