Strong competition motivates service companies to look for decisions how to satisfy customers’ needs, stimulate customer satisfaction with their services, and improve customer experience related to their services, hoping that this would increase customer satisfaction and attract them to re-buy their services. Questions of customer experience management are rather new in scientific literature, especially in the case of rural tourism farmstead services, which is very specified and complex. Problem analysed in the Master’s Final Thesis is who customer experience should be managed in rural tourism farmstead. The goal of Master’s Final Thesis is to analyse theoretical aspects of customer experience management, preparing its theoretical model, and to adopt it researching peculiarities and problems of customer experience management in a rural tourism farmstead. |
