The relevance of the theme of Master’s Final Thesis is related to the importance of the Lean system in business tourism. Business tourism is one of the service sectors. Although the Lean system is relatively broadly analyzed in the activities of production organizations, this system and its methods can be successfully applied business tourism. Due to the high level of competition, economic, political and social situation, companies providing business tourism services must seek new solutions and measures to improve the activities of organizations. Therefore, it is important to analyze the concept of Lean, its principles, which would increase the work of business tourism companies, eliminate losses, bring added value to consumers. The object of the research - Lean system in business tourism . The aim- to research the possibilities of introducing Lean concept in the business tourism sector. The tasks: 1. To isclose the relevance of the concept of Lean in business tourism; 2. To analysis of the essence of the concept of Lean, philosophy, principles and tools; 3. To present theoretical model of Lean concept application in business tourism; 4. To explore empirically of Lean concept and installation opportunities for business tourism and services sector; 5. To offer the Lean concepts installation in business tourism. Theoretical and practical results: The Lean system can be applied to business tourism; The quality and speed of the provision of services, the creation and enhancement of added value are very important in the business tourism business; Lean application of business tourism process: identification of services in order to find out the value of non-performing services; identification of problems, time consuming, customer satisfaction, relations with suppliers, service quality, work standardization (staff allocation, loss identification, non-performing services, costs and reductions, poor tourists feedback, formation of goals and results, Lean system deployment selection of leadership; staff meetings and introductions with Lean; promotion; constant improvement; selection the methods of Lean: Kaizen, performance priorities, Six Sigma, Pull system; implementing actions and delivering results. |
