Aim of final thesis – to determine the active ways of involving employees into generating of innovative ideas in the manufacturing company. Innovative ideas in a productive enterprise create advantage and uniqueness in a market because of new ways of production, wider customization of technologies or effective usage of resources. Activation of involving employees into generating of new ideas is the most effective mean to ensure the effectiveness of the enterprise and to reach a long term advantage, that‘s why productive enterprises apply means and methods that involve employees into the process of ideas generation. |
