This thesis examines the leader’s influence on the efficiency of the workers. The first part introduces the concept of leadership, the models of leadership and analyses how a leader can make the workforce more efficient.The second part of the thesis goes into more detail about leadership, the characteristics and types of leaders, the connection between a leader and a manager. It discusses how leadership competencies and effectiveness influence the workers and their loyalty.The third part of the thesis describes the methodology of “The manager’s influence on the employees’ effectiveness at work”.The results are presented and discussed in a detailed manner in the fourth part of the thesis. The work ends with a conclusion and some recommendations. |
