The scientific literature analyzes the influence of innovations on the development of enterprises and the efficiency of their activities. However, insufficient attention is paid to innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact of innovations on the efficiency of the company in the case study of UAB Wistra Cargo Control. The work analyzes scientific literature, statistical data, and also conducts a questionnaire survey of the company's employees, analyzes the company's performance indicators. At the end of the work, evaluation of the effectiveness of UAB Wistra Cargo Control is presented. |
