Abstract [eng] Nowadays, more flexible work organization models are becoming a hot topic in the labor market, and one of the most relevant and most adaptable to the expanding globalization is hybrid work. As technological equipment improves, the world approaches a global structure and digitalization advances, more and more organizations are seeking to create a mixed-hybrid work environment for their employees. In this way, organizations seek to increase employee productivity and strengthen their well-being. Although hybrid work is gaining increasing popularity, scientific literature is still discussing its real impact on employee job satisfaction, health, work-life balance, and work autonomy. The main object of the master's thesis is employee productivity and well-being in hybrid work conditions. The aim of the study is to reveal the connection between the hybrid work model, employee productivity and well-being. In order to achieve this goal, an analysis of scientific literature was conducted, and only later, based on other authors, a quantitative study was conducted, in which 406 respondents participated. The questionnaire is based on validated scales such as: Castelle (2017) Subjective Productivity Scale (GMPP), Yu, H. (2022) Work-Life Balance Scale (WLB), Hansson, A. (2008) Self-Reported Health Scale (SRH), Santillan et al. (2023) adapted questionnaire and Höcker, M. (2024) Work Design Questionnaire (WDQ). The study analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 30.0.0 statistical software, applying reliability, correlation and other descriptive statistics tools, as well as MS Excel 2019. The analyses presented in the scientific literature revealed that the greatest revolution of the forms of work organisation was caused by the global pandemic COVID-19. During this pandemic, employers had to decide how to continue organizing work and began to apply remote work more often. After the pandemic ended, many people did not want to return to the office, so a hybrid work model was chosen, where employees work part of the time at home and the rest of the time in the office. Although scientists claim that the hybrid work model strongly correlates and has a positive impact on employee productivity and well-being, the empirical study conducted contradicts this. The survey results showed that as many as 69% work in a hybrid work model, but a statistically significant correlation was observed only with productivity. The hybrid work model did not have a significant impact on work-life balance, health, and job satisfaction. The empirical study has practical benefits for business representatives, human resource managers, and specialists in ensuring the most favorable work organization conditions for employees. This study can help adapt or decide on the impact of the hybrid work model on employee productivity and well-being.
