Abstract [eng] |
A laser is a complicated structure with many components. Systematic function failure to any element, the system becomes less effective. Laser cutting systems and components testing is an important part of improving the quality of the final product and the efficiency of the system. This study investigates the laser nozzle internal geometry on laser cutting. The work showed that the internal geometry of the head is one of the important factors affecting cutting. The internal geometry of the nozzle affects the cutting quality, consumed gas volumes and productivity. In order to investigate the influence of auxiliary gas flow for cutting, the literature analysis was done by analyzing the natural factors which may affect the cutting quality. Later on was done the review and analysis of experimental methods, which can be studied in the gas stream. In the last section are shown the eight different internal laser cutting head geometry models. Study carried out to analyze the geometry on the inner auxiliary gas flow. Experimental study results revealed how the gas flow processes are taking place inside the tip, changing the internal geometry. Results are characterized by basis of speed, pressure and Mach number distribution of the values. |
