Abstract [eng] |
The purpose of the work – to design and investigate a device for estimating the roughness of the surface of solid materials. To do the estimation methods analysis of various solid materials surfaces and to choose the most appropriate estimation method of surface. To select mechanical and electronic required measures to implement the method. To investigate the designed device mechanical and electronic influence of the part of the measurement to the evaluation of the surface roughness. The project includes four main parts. The first part contains the analysis of measurement methods and their way of applications solid materials surfaces roughness. Analysed the main parameters of surface roughness. The measurement methods of surface roughness are divided into two main groups: contact and contactless measurements of roughness. Also, in this part it is described principle of pressure measurement and potential sensor types of pressure measurement. In the second part the chosen method of surface roughness evaluation is being simulated. Modelled method of the mechanical device pneumatically-the influence of surface roughness of the assessment. From the mechanical part of the device seen in the range of variation of the roughness of the pressure dependence of the surface roughness. In the third part mechanical and electronic parts are being designed. Mechanical part consists of measurement nozzle in which backward pressure is being formed. Backward pressure is counter proportional to the surface roughness of solid materials. Electronic part consists of two printed circuit boards which are put on one another. The upper circuit board is consisted of a management and a data visualization components and the lower circuit board is consisted of a data processing part. In the fourth part the researches are being described. Exploratory part is consisted of: the research of pressure sensor error, the research of roughness evaluation dependence from the pressure that is given into the device, the research of the influence of calibration procedure to the results of surface roughness evaluation, the research of the distance influence to the surface roughness evaluation and the size of the area in which the surface roughness is being evaluated. |
