Abstract [eng] The final project of the master’s work focuses on the technological process analysis of self-adhesive labels with relief warning sign. Studies carried out in the scientific research determine if printing speed affects the geometric parameters of the relief warning sign. The research is comprised of estimation of relief height change, visual impact, viscosity measurement of the silkscreen UV varnishes and evaluation of difference between them. The chapter about technological process design includes the production technological circuit of self-adhesive labels with relief warning sign, along with descriptions of chosen equipment and production processes. Calculations for machine and human resources are provided to produce the required quantity of products. In addition, calculations for production areas and drawings of the equipment layout are provided. To ensure high quality and prevent spoilage, all sorts of preventive measures are described at the end of each process. Human health and environment risk factors are established, their potential impact described and preventive measures to eliminate these risks are offered.
