Master‘s thesis analyzes the theory of ammonium nitrate production technology and suggested technology of porous ammonium nitrate production. The literature review discussed ammonium nitrate uses and application areas. Presented the main production of ammonium nitrate and calcium ammonium nitrate technology. Methodological and experimental part listed the used materials, represented the methods of ammonium nitrate properties and phase modification analysis. The results discussed and valued. In engineering part examinated ammonium nitrate production technology, calculated the mass balance, offered technology of porous ammonium nitrate. By the expermental section calculated technological equipment. Presented occupational safety and health solutions. |
