Abstract [eng] In this paper done already existing incineration plants in Klaipėda’s thermodynamic and energy analysis. The paper looked at waste incineration plants benefits. Waste incineration contributes to the EU's 20-20-20 energy and environmental objectives - by 2020 at least 20% reduction of CO2 emissions into the environment, 20% increase in energy efficiency, a 20% increase in energy production from renewable energy sources. About 50% of the energy produced by waste incineration plants generated from biodegradable biomass. To analyze the EU and Lithuania from municipal waste volumes. Analyze data: if there is enough capacity at two incinerators are planned in Vilnius and Kaunas and planned construction of waste incineration plants in Lithuania. Research has shown that by the year 2030 will be sufficient incineration capacity. The thermodynamic analysis of the power plant to the cold and warm season influenced by the thermodynamic cycle efficiency. Performed air coolers thermal power influence on the power plant operation. Insufficient air coolers thermal power, which leads to the reduction of electricity generation capacity. Performed additional air coolers influence on the power plant's economic performance. Additional air cooler installation project payback in less than 1.5 years.
