| Abstract [eng] |
In this master thesis was investigated properties of materials used in volumetric advertising manufacturing and discussed technological process which provides economical and high quality products. Scientific research part presents adhesion research of 3 different adhesive film stickings to 10 different promotional solid materials. In order to identify wetting properties of investigational solid materials surfaces, a wetting angle measurement was conducted. The influence to fracture strength values is discussed in results. In project of chosen technology, the calculation of volumetric advertising manufacturing processes work amount was carried out. According to the results there should be accepted the right number of employees and equipment, calculated the area of premises. Also in thesis was briefly described the control of volumetric advertising manufacturing quality and steps of control performance. There was made the assessment of risks in the parts of work protection and ecology. In this part was discussed requirements for the work safety and given the ways to prevent risks. In financial – economical part was estimated the cost of product and project payback time. Also was given the main economical indexes that are relevant for project implementation. Conclusions are in the end of the project. |
