Abstract [eng] |
In the past few decades, the use of light has played an important role in revealing structural and functional information from the human retina in a non-destructive and noninvasive manner. Automatic detection of retinal blood vessels and measurement of vessel diameter are very much important for the diagnosis and the treatment of different ocular diseases including diabetic retinopathy (DR), glaucoma and hypertension. In this research work we use freely public available database to compare segmented images with experts manually detected fundus blood vessels. |
