Project‘s goal is to develop biofuel boiler‘s control system and conduct system investigation. The work examines biofuel boiler which is used to heat thermofication water, biofuel boiler technological process. Develop and investigate heating water temperature adaptive control system. Composed controlled process state model, regulator parameters adaptation algorithm based on waters flow rate and indirect assessment of biofuel calorific. Developed adaptive control systems model scheme and conducted system operation simulation tracking changes in temperature changes. Adaptive control system simulations results are compared with ordinary control system which use permanent parameters. Control systems response curves and transition process quality indicators. The results are summarized in the conclusions and recommendations. |
