Abstract [eng] |
In this paper was performed a research for different four financing instruments, who promotes renewable energy resources. Analysis of the financing instruments are carried to onshore wind power plants, industrial solar power plants and large solar power plants. Influence of financing instruments to the development of renewable energy resources were analysed for loans, soft loans, venture capital funds and investment subsidies. The levelized electricity production costs for the mentioned renewable energy technologies were calculated taking into account the potential risks and the different economic indicators for separate financing instruments. The analysis showed that the application of loan or investment subsidy are preferable in order to reduce the overall capital cost of RES technologies, thus reducing the financial burden placed on final electricity consumers for all analysed RES technologies. The application of venture capital funds results in the highest levelized electricity production costs due to high-yield requirements. |
