Abstract [eng] |
Regarding scientific research conducted along this masters project, substantial evidence was brought in support of possibility to apply temporary preservation methods in order to process and preserve animal fur. Based on evidence, fur processing using temporary preservation method increases quality and reduces production time. Mainly due to the fact it eliminates the need of time consuming processing procedure and significantly reduces amounts of municipal waste containing large amounts of sodium chloride. In this work you will find characteristics and descriptions of products and production line, which has efficiency as it follows: 25002 units of beaver pelts and 46233 units of mink pelts annually. In addition, it also has a project for constructing a new 1 floor industrial building, with general interior space of 898,79 m2 being built on industrial area equivalent to 1 ha. Along the research we conducted financial and economical calculations. Based on these calculations, this investment into new project has proven to be efficient and cost effective with projected financial payback within 2 years and 3 months. According to calculations, the net present value for this project (NPV) is a positive figure, (NPV = 1291933.16 EUR), therefore project is acceptable. Profitability index (PI = 2.68) and also is more than 1. Relying on investment effectivity evaluation using various methods, it can be consistently confirmed that the project is effective. The evaluative description has been provided regarding environment protection and direct influence on environment due to business procedures within animal fur processing enterprises. Main sources of pollutants is municipal waste building up along technological processes and industrial sewage. In addition, there is a description regarding health and safety evaluation for employees. Professional risk, safety of production line, fire or explosion hazards and hygiene has also been taken into consideration. Based on fire and explosion risk evaluation for these building and materials maintained and used during production process, the building has been regarded as belonging to category Eg (None flammable and in cold state). |
