The Project appointed to describe the non-contact measurement system’s, based on laser triangulation, operating principle. Since industry has high requirements for quality, therefore this project aims to obtain optimal speed, versatility and accuracy of the system. During analyze of the literature, a few line detection algorithms were chosen and will be further investigated. This is carried out in order to determine which methods should be used to build a fast and accurate system. In the project operation principles of the machine are explained, the hardware is assessed and assembled. Programming of chosen methods was done during the final project. Therefore, algorithm of line detection presented and explained in the project. Also, part of the algorithms is applied in different methods in order to get better results, while maintaining the same principle of their operation, what influences the speed of calculations. |
