In this Project there is analysis of automatic vehicle plate’s recognition methods. Project contains review of different operators for edges filters. Also there is analysis of symbol segmentation methods and optic recognition of symbol. These three parts are equally important for automatic vehicle plate’s recognition system. In theory there is review of recognition systems. Furthermore in technique chapter there is descriptions of system algorithm. Last part of Project contains the experimental data and shows how system performs in real cases. The graphics and tables show the results of system performance in different situations. |
