The final master's project analysis covers manufacturing technology. It is designed and described covers production technology, using the latest LE - UV offset printing technology. In the research is made with the thesis topic related scientific articles analysis, print roughness - the evenness’ research and its impact on the quality of lamination. It is reviewed quality control related with covers production process safety regulations and environmental benefits of the new printing technology. In technological and economic part, it is provided cover production volume, required equipment capacity, investments, and production costs ensuring a profitable department. There is estimated investment payback period, profitability index, the turning point, the internal rate of return. Final project provides general conclusions and recommendations. |
