Master’s thesis provides an overview of scientific literature which includes publications about consumers behaviour, big data and data science platforms. It gives a better understanding of the telecommunications company's consumers behavior. There are also presented these statistical analysis methods: descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, frequency tables analysis, logistic regression, principal components analysis and discriminant analysis. These methods were used to find out about the data, correlation between variables and how and which factors influence telecommunications company's consumers behaviour the most. SAS software was used in this thesis. |
