Master‘s thesis analyzes the theory of suspended fertilizer production and technology and created of suspended fertilizers and the technological recommendations for their production. The literature review discussed fertilizers properties, their usefulness, impact and need for plants. Presented the main fertilizer production of raw materials and production methods review. Methodological and experimental part of the material used to provide physical, chemical and instrumental methods of analysis. Also, the analysis of the materials used and the additives on suspension fertilizers. In engineering part examinated suspended fertilizers production technology. Also calculated compound 12‒4‒18 concentration suspension fertilizers reactor stirrer construction equipment and presented occupational safety and health solutions. Working volume − 60 pages. It consists of an introduction, literature review, methodology description of the experimental results, the engineering part, project calculations, work safety, conclusions, bibliographical references list. The literature review consists of 13 tables and 29 paintings. |
