Abstract [eng] Cyclic Economy system developed due to the growing influence of production and consumption on the world's resources and environment. This resulted the need to achieve the sustainable growth which helps to keep the product‘s added value and also to increase the possibility to re-use the components of the product. One of this type of waste is glass packaging. Harmful levels in the glass bottle manufacturing process for the environment and human health are examined in this work. In order to reduce the negative effects on human health and the environment, it is proposed to use crushed glass in the production. The study carried out the analysis of a glass beer container life cycle based on ISO 14044: 2007 and ISO 14040: 2007 standards. The analysis of four different glass manufacturing processes, which respectively were used: 1) only original raw materials; 2) 40 percent cullet; 3) 65 percent cullet; 4) 100 percent cullet, the results showed that the best and the least effect in terms of negative impact in all categories is 100 percent cullet processing. Negative effect for human health decreases 98.9 percent. Effects on ecosystems is reduced to a minimum, the damage declines 99.5 percent. The least impact is achieved in resource category, the negative effect is reduced 75 percent.
