The paper analyzes the digital printing technology and technological processes of materials and layout design creation. Analysis was carried out, which clarifies the optimal quantity of paint layers for materials chosen. Calculations were performed of production quantities and technological process was analyzed. The necessary equipment was selected, the number of employees determined. By taking into account the calculations, the premises plan was designed and drawn. Quality control system, occupational safety and environmental requirements of the company were presented and analyzed. Five-year plan for production quantities was estimated in the economic part. The size of staff salaries, production costs and emerging product‘s prices were estimated also. At the end, conclusions and recommendations were presented. |
