Abstract [eng] In research accordance with the selected company AB New calcite, quicklime standard surveys; identifies the main qualitative indicators describing the proper requirement of product. To determine exactly what the production conditions can be the most effective by using energy sources (gas / ground coal - in thermal process and electricity) to obtain the desired product. According research conclusion there is selected appropriate equipment for innovation, also equipment are chosen according to the companies' manufacturing experience. All raw materials and production tests carried out with Karpėnai limestone quarry, so in the work it is not needed to make research of what material is best for getting desired product. Research and work tasks to achieve the required quality of production, by installing new equipment and choosing new technology line The work carried out in quicklime production line technological modernization, by installing new equipment: decarbonization and vertical lime cooler. Select a newer generation of equipment, according to the prevailing trend in Europe to ensure a better quality and more efficient fuels and electricity use. Projected factory made calculations comparing the heat balance of the existing and installed units, compared to the output of heat utilization. It also assesses the safety and health, fire safety, the occupational risk assessment. Made to the financial and economic calculations, product cost calculation, investment efficiency evaluation of the project's, financial and economic indicators, investment payback time. Evaluated production generated noxious conditions and pollutants such as: dusty air, oil, contaminated soil, waste water, etc..., cleaning and liquidation opportunities.
