| Abstract [eng] | The purpose of this work was to investigate biochemical parameters in Chlorella vulgaris algae, although to investigate the growth media of algae, and to choose the best one. It was carried out researches like: associated with antioxidant activity against DPPH, reduction power properties of Chlorella vulgaris, amount of carotenoids, chlorophyll a and b, tannins, proteins and phenolic compounds. It was found out the optimal concentration of NaNO3 in a algae growing media. |
