Servo drive system is a complex gain of technology which consists of variety of motors, converters, sensors of position, coordinates and controlling modules. For example it can be a close loop controlling mechatronic systems, which usually are some producing or processing equipment for industry, so it means the Machin has to work accurate and be productive. The operation quality depends from controlling: the way (how it would be done), logic, connection method and so on. In this paperwork you find a short review of servo gear construction, modifications, controlling methods and logics variety, the methods of connection as well. The experiment was made in order to find motor parameter and make a model. First step: to reach the goals PID regulator s ware selected and the model of closed loop control system for both position and velocity was made (using Matlab SIMULINK ).The coefficient of PID controller were found using appropriate method ( in this case Ziegler-Nichols) and of course the simulation experiment was done. There is made a short review of autonomously and connected gear working. This paperwork is consisting of literature analysis, description of experiments and conclusion. |
