Abstract [eng] |
The thesis analyses the changes of anthropometric measurements of pregnant women. The recommendation for the design changes of the clothes were made due to the results of the analysis. In the first analysis there were surveyed women raising young children and pregnant women. The main purpose of the survey was to find out what clothes women wear and what would like to wear during pregnancy. During the second part of the analysis there were measured the changes of anthropometric body measurements of pregnant women by the weeks of pregnancy. 10 women with proportional body type were selected for the analysis (corresponding to the second body type), bust measurement ranging from 84 cm to 110 cm, hip measurement has changed equally to bust measurement. There was also made the statistical analysis. While performing the garment pressure measurements in a woman's body during the weeks of pregnancy in the virtual space (APS Optitex 3D) the data were applied. Some of the results were presented in the conference of young scientists “Industrial Engineering 2016” in the presentation “Changes of woman's body size during the pregnancy”. On the basis of this analysis there was propose new structural solutions for the clothing design of pregnant women. A new collection of expected fashion trends for 2017-2018 clothing for pregnant women was represented in the technical sketches. The main conclusions are: • It was found that during the pregnancy not only the anthropometric measurements are changing, but also the position of the body (the posture becomes kyphotic, the shoulders leans back). • During the analysis of the pressure garment to the body there were identified two critical points: 20-24 and 28-32 week of pregnancy. During the first critical point, the main body anthropometric dimensions vary proportionally until they reache stability. During the second critical point waist size changes most. • It is recommended to make clothes for pregnant women from 20-24 week of pregnancy, according to the waist measurement dynamics for the coming weeks of pregnancy. |
