Abstract [eng] |
Master's thesis analyzes the rectangular plate plane rear molding production time influencing factors. The study analyzes the main task - processing time dependent on the material, the overall size, diameters of the cutters the cutting part of the tool material. In order to determine finished products - wafer processing time and processing influencing factors: cutting the material and the diameter of the workpiece material, the number of path-pass MasterCam program performed machining simulation technology different workpiece materials: steel and duralumin alloy; using different diameter cutting tools, and the cutting of materials: high-speed steel and carbide. Get the machining time data from the said conditions allow to predict the shape in question wafer processing cost estimating plate geometry data in the material through cutting tools - the diameter and the cutting portion of the material of the tool cost bench time hourly rate. |
