Abstract [eng] |
Functionalized isoxazoline derivatives are widely used for the antibacterial, antitumor, antiviral drug synthesis and for the treatment of diseases caused by hormones. 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition is a simple method to obtain five-membered heterocyclic systems. This method was chosen to synthesize the new spiro[indole-2,5'-[1,2]oxazole] derivatives. In summary, new spiro[indole-2,5'-[1,2]oxazole] derivatives were synthesized and optical properties were investigated. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by 1H, 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy, MS, HRMS spectrometry and elemental analysis. |
