In the 21st century health and healthcare is a wide spread topic of a big importance not only among senior age people but to the young generation as well. That is why the list of healthcare services is expanding. Healthcare system’ and institutions’ representatives has to focus on the quality and availability of these services. In order to determine the quality of the services and improve it, an investigation of human patients’ opinion has to be conducted, and that is when, the opinion of healthcare patients’ becomes a very important parameter. Thanks to the research of patient satisfaction with healthcare institution services, the factors affecting the quality of the service or services can be identified and their accessibility improved. |
