Abstract [eng] |
In this master’s thesis technologies and characteristics of biofuel fired CHP plant are examined. Electricity and central heating supply markets are analyzed. The calculations of thermodynamic, energy and economic efficiencies of biofuel CHP plant were made. Also, the improvement opportunities of condensers efficiency were analyzed. The first way of efficiency increasing is to eliminate the heat exchanger. The other way is to distribute the return DH water flow properly to condenser and to flue gas condenser. Installing a DH water cooler to generate a full amount of electricity, despite of DH water need, when electricity prices are on top. At the end, economical calculations are made and the results are presented in conclusions. |
