The following objectives of the research to achieve the aim: 1) to analyze the structure of competency model and its application to significance human resource management in civil service. 2) to analyze competency model application advantages and disadvantages in foreign countries civil service. 3) to evaluate the competency model and prospects of competency model application in Lithuanian civil service. |
