During the technical and social progress in Lithuania and globally in the world, while constantly increased needs of student, university building maintenance requires more and more affords to maintain, repair, upgrade and upgrade. Rapid physical and moral deterioration process of buildings is caused by large flow of people. Because the buildings aging process is inevitable and there is no possibility of funds and their destruction, and to build a modern, extremely important to regulate and slow down the aging process. It is also important to make efficient use of the funds given to universities in building maintenance. University facilities management can be divided into two parts: facilities management and maintenance of buildings. Various building management and facilities management models makes up a single complex of university buildings effective management model. The developed model can be adapted to any campus management. Using this model and the introduction of evaluation criteria can be selected for the most effective building management and building maintenance needs. Facilities management options are evaluated by using multiple criteria evaluation methods while adopting developed assessment criteria system. Proper application of the calculation we get the most efficient university building management model. |
