Even though the user satisfaction with services has been analyzed for quite a few years already, however, not enough researches have been focused on the specific target groups, and that is the why these precise researches are scientifically as well as practically relevant. The novelty of the research – no similar researches on youth satisfaction with public services in Lithuania have been found, despite the fact that 20 percent of all citizens of Lithuania are youth. No analysis on youth satisfaction with the public services imposes a scientific problem – what factors cause youth satisfaction with the public services provided by the Public Institution Alytus city community center? The aim of the research is to identify the factors causing youth satisfaction with provision of services by the Public Institution Alytus city community center. The objectives of the research are: 1) to carry out theoretical analysis of user satisfaction with the provided services; 2) to analyze international and local laws as well as strategic documents regulating the quality of public services; 3) to analyze youth satisfaction with the services provided by the Public Institution Alytus city community center. |
