Cultural difference dimension is a new paradigm, exploring cultural differences between countries, and the obtained results are valuable by international organizations in shaping their organizational behaviour. The object of the paper is organizational behaviour responding to the country's cultural diversity. The subject of the paper is formation of organizational behaviour, according to the Lithuanian cultural dimensions. The paper aims to reveal the forming process of organizational behaviour, taking into account the country's cultural diversity. The aim is elaborated by the objectives which led to the following structure of the paper: firstly, the concept describes the organizational behaviour; secondly, it highlights the organization's behavioural characteristics of an individual, group and at organizational levels; thirdly, the cultural differences are described; finally, the empirical analysis of JSC \"New Yorker Lithuania” behaviour responding to Lithuanian cultural dimensions. The paper is carried out on the basis of scientific literature analysis, questionnaire and document analysis. Scientific literature analysis suggests that organizational behaviour are studies related to the activities of employees in the organization. All behavioural research takes place at three levels: individual, group and organization. The individual has a level of motivation and job satisfaction examination. The organization behaviour research at a group level is characterized by the fact that it deals with issues, such as workers' merging into groups and / or teams, decision-making and conflict management. The third level - the organizational one - has a management style and corporate governance structure elements of the examination. Cultural differences, theoretical analysis showed that the parties may be considered under four cultural dimensions: power distance, femininity - masculinity, individualism - collectivism and uncertainty avoidance, all of which must be taken into account at each of the above-mentioned level of organization behaviour. The research carried out at JSC New Yorker Lithuania, revealed that this company has a low power distance, a tendency to collectivism and femininity and a high uncertainty avoidance. The cultural dimension established at this paper suggests that in the course of formation of JSC \"New Yorker Lithuania” behaviour, there is a need for more control by the head, individual material rewards and fewer procedures and rules. |
