Abstract [eng] We can see in nowadays society that more and more important is to gain not just academic knowledge’s but also the skills and competencies that helps to continue successfully achieve their goals, constantly modernizing information society. Meditation is one of those ways, which can help students focus their minds attacked by smart technologies information flows every day. Meditation already is successfully implemented in various schools in the world. This practice is especially useful for children with behavioral disorders. The most common is “Mindfulness” practice.
