Abstract [eng] |
The objective of this scientific study was to determine how the heating process affects different dimensions of ash wood. The specimens of research were 4 different size group. Every group of specimens was heated at 140 °C, 170 °C, 200 °C and 230 °C temperatures for 3 hours. At this scientific study were determined that heating process of ash wood at a high temperatures volume and mass loss depends from the heating temperature, specimens size and grain orientations, direction of cutting of the specimens, the density and the number of the annual growth rings. |
