Abstract [eng] More often students get homework and exercises that need be done by the usage of computer and internet connection. Usage of information technology (IT) enables students to do their exercises creatively, develop new abilities and skills. On the other hand, it can cause serious problems that can make an effect for physical, mental and social child's health. Children‘s physical activity is decreasing, vision is damaging, also many other health disorders can occur because more and more time is spend in front of the computer. The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the possibilities of information technology usage in order to preserve health and prepare implementation and methodology how to use this technology safely. Various methods are used in order to solve this problem. These methods include: analysis of scientific literature, projection, survey in writing and statistical data analysis. Possible health disorders caused by influence of the wireless network connection, inappropriate usage of desktop, laptop and tablet computers, and mobile phones are analyzed in the analytical part. Recommendations on how to use information technology by keeping health are analyzed. After the analysis on existent virtual preventive tools were done, programmes reminding about pauses and recommending activities during the pauses are ascertained. It is also ascertained that there are websites informing about information technology’s influence on health and ways how to prevent ailments but no tool where students could find all actual information how to keep health by using of various information technologies. The results of the research are presented in the projectile part. It turned out, that students who participated in the research think that they have health disorders that can be caused by the inappropriate usage of information technologies. It is ascertained that there are students for whom information about the usage of information technology by keeping health is actual. Methodology on how students should use information technology to preserve their health at school and home is prepared in the work. The website, where all actual information about usage of various information technologies is presented as a tool where all this information is easily available and comfortable for usage of both students and their teachers, helping to educate skills to use information technologies in a proper way. Interactive learning tools, communication, evaluation possibilities and other elements are provided according to the age of students. The relevance of tool is evaluated after the survey of students and health specialists.
