Abstract [eng] The present master thesis analyses the educational factors of flipped classroom learning method implementation in Lithuanian schools. The first part of the study theoretically analyses distributed flipped classroom learning method and educational factors of flipped classroom implementation have been distinguished and determined. Second part of the master thesis presents the research methodology. A qualitative study, of the scope of 8 teachers from Lithuanian general education schools, has been implemented. Empirical research, presented in the third part of the study analyses educational factors of flipped classroom learning method implementation in Lithuanian schools. The research conducted revealed that in implementing flipped classroom model in Lithuania all the indicated educational factors are relevant: those related to teacher; to student; and factors that are related to learning environments/activities.
